THE FOUNDERS
Managing Director
Pei has half a decade’s experience in executive search, specialising in hard-to-fill senior roles in transport and infrastructure across the UK and international markets. He founded SEN Bespoke to extend his reach into Asia, where he saw clear gaps in the market, and believes his Western experience and Eastern heritage give him a unique perspective. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of East Anglia.
Culture Director
Jess has almost a decade’s experience as a stylist to top private clients in London, where she has built a strong network and a deep understanding of discretion. Those qualities made her the ideal partner to co-found SEN Bespoke with Pei and take the business into the Asian market.
As Culture Director, Jess leads SEN’s matchmaking service. She draws on her experience with people to bring a fresh perspective to an outdated matchmaking market that is ready for change for the current generation.
